Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to publish and manage a listing, answer support requests, operate the leaderboard, prevent abuse, measure outbound visits, reconcile payments, and remember campaign attribution. This can include a name, email, product URL, title, description, category, owner token, payment reference, cookie values, and visit/click events.

Razorpay processes payment details under its own terms. PitchUp should not receive or store card numbers, UPI credentials, or one-time passwords. We do not sell personal data. We share information only with processors needed for hosting, payment, security, or support, and only for the stated purpose.

PitchUp counts its own visits without cookies. For each page view it records the page, the referring site, any campaign tags in the link, the device type, and an approximate country taken from your browser's time zone. It does not store your IP address. Views are grouped by an anonymous key that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. Browsers that send Do Not Track are not counted. Visit records are deleted after 90 days.

If configured, DataFast receives page paths, referrer and UTM context, a DataFast visitor identifier, selected goal names, and confirmed payment amount, currency, and provider transaction identifier. It does not receive owner tokens or card data.

Our initial retention targets are 90 days for waitlist and board digest requests and unclaimed moderation submissions, while live listing/account data is kept while needed and payment records are retained for applicable accounting, tax, fraud, and dispute obligations. We remove or anonymise data when the purpose and legal retention need end.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or information about our use of your data, subject to identity checks and records we must retain. Email the request to the address above and include enough context to locate it.
