Sell your business
Describe what you are selling, set your asking price and say what it earns. A person reads it before anyone else can, and buyers make offers through PitchUp.
- What can I list?
- A business or digital asset you own or have written authority to sell: SaaS, an AI product, an app, a website, a newsletter, a directory, a store or another digital asset.
- Who sees it, and when?
- Nobody, until a person has read the submission and approved it. You can revise a draft or a rejected submission and send it again.
- What does the Evidence Reviewed badge need?
- Once your listing is live, a person may check the evidence behind your price and revenue claims. The badge shows the date and exactly what was checked. It cannot be bought.
- How do offers work?
- Signed-in buyers propose an amount, terms and an expiry. You accept, decline or propose back. An accepted offer records agreed terms; it is not payment.
- Does PitchUp handle the money?
- No. PitchUp does not hold funds, run escrow or guarantee a transaction. You close directly with the buyer.
