Some profiles on PitchUp are written by us rather than submitted by the maker. If one of them is your product, tell us and we will hand you the controls. The listing stays exactly as it is while we review, and nothing about it changes until a person has read your claim.
What happens next
We read every claim by hand, usually within a day or two, and reply to the address you give. If the profile is yours, that reply carries your owner link. It lets you edit the summary and links, correct anything we wrote that is wrong, hide the listing, and top up your position on the board if you want to.
What we ask for
An email address we can reach you at, ideally one on the product’s own domain, and a link that shows the connection: your site’s about page, a repository you maintain, a post announcing the product. Founders write from personal addresses all the time, so a different domain is a question we will ask rather than a reason to refuse.
